Accessible sessions can be booked online in the same way as a standard booking. Simply visit the booking page, select your date and time, and book as normal - Accessible sessions are clearly labelled.

Yes. We have a full, free car park located directly outside the venue, with level access into the building.

Not all activities are fully accessible. Hot Shots and Supercharged Shuffleboards are located upstairs and require stair access. The Arena is not able to accommodate wheelchairs. The Grid can accommodate one wheelchair user at a time.

Yes. Carers and support workers are very welcome to attend and assist throughout the session.

Most sessions last 90 minutes but are priced the same as a standard 45 minute booking. This allows for a relaxed pace, extra time between turns, and no rushing. The only exception is The Grid Racing which are 30 minute sessions instead of 10 minute.

Yes. During SEN & Accessible Sessions, the venue is closed to the general public and reserved exclusively for SEN, disabled, and accessible bookings. This helps create a calmer, more predictable environment.

Yes. These sessions run with reduced noise and a more relaxed atmosphere. While this is not a silent session, we aim to minimise sensory overload wherever possible.
