HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

For peak nights and larger groups, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible so you have first pick of dates and times. If you’re planning something last-minute, still reach out – if we have space, we’ll make it work.
(Tip: December and key Fridays/Saturdays always go first.)

WHAT ABOUT FOOD, DRINKS & PACKAGES?

Our Loaded Bun kitchen and bar can be added to any booking. Think stacked burgers, fried chicken, hot dogs, sharing sides and a full drinks list of beers, cocktails, wines and softs. We can create pre-order bundles, bar tabs or simple “order on the night” setups depending on your budget and how structured you’d like things to be. Check out our menu here.

CAN WE BOOK A PRIVATE AREA OR THE WHOLE VENUE?

Yes. We have options ranging from reserved tables and semi-private zones through to full venue hire outside of peak times. Let us know the vibe you’re going for – low-key social, full company party, or something in between – and we’ll build a package around it.

WHAT GROUP SIZES CAN YOU TAKE?

We can host everything from small celebrations to big takeovers. As a guide, we’re great for groups of up to 250 guests, and can often go larger with a bespoke plan. Tell us your numbers, dates and preferred time and we’ll recommend the best mix of games, bays and areas.

HOW DOES A TYPICAL EVENT RUN?

Most events run for around 1–3 hours, but we can do longer. You’ll arrive, grab drinks, then rotate between activities and your reserved area so everyone gets time to play, chat and refuel. We’ll agree a rough schedule with you in advance, then our hosts keep things flowing on the night so you can just enjoy it.
