Depending on your package, your visit can include a dedicated event host, activity planning, free onsite parking, teacher refreshments, food options, and age appropriate activity packs for students to enjoy during or after their visit. How do we book a school visit?
You can book online in the same way as a standard session, or contact us in advance if you’d like help organising your visit. We’re happy to assist with group sizes, timings, and any specific requirements.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions last 90 minutes and are priced the same as a standard 45-minute booking. This allows for a more relaxed pace and ensures groups have plenty of time to enjoy the experience.
For longer or bespoke sessions please contact us.
Is there parking available?
Yes. We have a full, free car park located directly outside the venue, with level access into the building.
Is the venue exclusive during these sessions?
Yes. During these sessions, the venue is closed to the general public and reserved exclusively for school groups, organised visits, and accessible bookings.
Can carers or support workers attend?
Yes. Carers and support workers are very welcome to attend and assist throughout the session.
Are these sessions suitable for SEN groups?
Yes. These sessions are designed to support SEN groups and guests who benefit from a calmer, more structured environment. We reduce noise levels, allow extra time between turns, and provide a supportive team throughout.
When are these sessions available?
Sessions run Monday to Thursday, before 12pm, outside of school holiday periods.
Are all activities fully accessible?
Accessibility varies by activity. Hot Shots and Supercharged Shuffleboards are located upstairs and require stair access. The Arena is not able to accommodate wheelchairs. The Grid can accommodate one wheelchair user at a time.
If you are unsure whether a specific activity is suitable, we recommend contacting us before booking.
