Is The Arena Accessible?

The Arena is a physical, fast-paced game that involves movement between different challenge rooms and active gameplay.

Because of the nature of the experience, The Arena cannot be played safely by guests using wheelchairs or crutches, and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Players should be comfortable moving around and taking part in light physical activity.

If you have any questions about suitability before booking, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to advise

Do I need to bring anything?

No – everything you’ll use in the games is provided. Just bring yourself, your booking confirmation and your competitive streak.

What clothing do I need?

You don’t need any special kit, but The Arena is relatively physical, so comfortable clothing is a must. Wear flat, closed-toe shoes (trainers are ideal) and avoid high heels, sandals or flip-flops. Choose clothes you’re happy to move, stretch and duck in.

Are walk-ins allowed?

We strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee a slot, especially evenings and weekends. If we have space on the day, we’ll always try to fit walk-ins in – just ask the team when you arrive.

What about food?

You can eat and drink before, during or after your Arena session (check out the menu). Games run in quick rounds and players usually swap in and out, so there’s plenty of time to enjoy food and drinks while you watch the rest of your group play. For safety reasons, food and drinks aren’t allowed inside The Arena itself, but spectators can enjoy them in the viewing area right next to the action.

Age restrictions

The Arena is designed for a wide range of ages, but it is an active experience. As a general guideline we recommend it for ages 8+, with anyone under 12 accompanied by an adult. If you’re unsure about suitability for your group, get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.
