Deep beneath the freezing waters of the North Atlantic, the Blue November is carrying out a critical mission when disaster strikes. An enemy missile has locked onto the submarine and impact is just one hour away. As alarms sound throughout the vessel, vital systems begin to fail, leaving the crew with little time and even fewer options. To survive, you'll need to navigate the submarine, restore critical functions and work your way through a series of complex puzzles, security systems and emergency protocols. Every decision matters as the countdown continues. Can you intercept the missile and save the Blue November, or will your mission end at the bottom of the ocean?

Is Sub-Zero suitable for first-time players?

Yes. While the mission is challenging, the objectives are clear and teamwork is often more important than previous escape room experience.

Does Sub-Zero feel claustrophobic?

The game takes place aboard a submarine, creating an immersive and enclosed environment. Most players find it exciting rather than uncomfortable, and there's still plenty of space.

What Time Should We Arrive?

We ask customers to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time. This gives your team plenty of time to check in, use the facilities and receive your game briefing before the clock starts.

Are we really locked in the room?

No. While the game is designed to feel immersive, all escape rooms have emergency exits and you can leave at any time if needed. Player safety always comes first.

How Many Players Can We Have?

Our escape rooms are designed for groups of 2 or more players. During peak times, some games may require a minimum of 3 players.

Each game has its own maximum player limit, which is shown on the individual game page. For larger groups, we can split players across multiple escape rooms running simultaneously.

  • Canterbury: Up to 80 players across our escape room collection.

  • Faversham: Up to 25 players across our escape rooms.

If you're planning a large group, corporate event or party, our team can help recommend the best combination of games for your group size - contact us here.

Can we use mobile phones or cameras inside the rooms?

Yes, mobile phones are allowed, but we kindly ask that you do not record the entire experience to avoid spoiling the fun for future players. Feel free to take photos after completing the challenge and share your experience online!

What are the age requirements?

Most of our escape rooms are suitable for ages 10+. Players under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. Some games contain darker themes and may be more suitable for teenagers and adults.

How long is the escape room experience?

Our escape room experiences last 60 minutes, but we recommend arriving 15 minutes early for a briefing. Plan for around 90 minutes total, including your briefing and post-game photos.
