Whether you're joining with friends, colleagues or an existing team, here are the answers to the questions we're asked most often.

How do I register a team?

Simply register your interest online. Once entries open, we'll contact you with everything you need to know, including team sizes, start dates and how the season works.

What If I Can't Make Every Week?

No problem. We know people have holidays, work commitments and other plans. Teams can use substitute players or swap team members from week to week, provided they follow the competition rules. Our aim is to keep the league flexible while ensuring it's fair for everyone.

Will there be prizes?

Yes. Most competitions will include prizes, trophies or other rewards for the highest performing teams. Details will be announced before each season begins.

How many people can be in a team?

Team sizes will vary depending on the competition. Full details will be confirmed before each league opens for registration, but most are usually 4 - 6 players.

Can work teams or groups enter?

Absolutely. Whether you're a group of friends, work colleagues, a sports club or a society, everyone is welcome to enter.
